Strategic Alliances

The Company is actively pursuing Strategic Alliances with companies that have technologies that may be synergistic with Balboa Pacific's thermal conversion pyrolytic gasification, thereby enhancing our commercial flexibility worldwide. However, for an Alliance to work it must be mutually beneficial, by providing a flow of proprietary products and services between the parties to be used as needed to service the consumer. Gas to Liquid (GTL), a burgeoning technology is a natural adjunct to Balboa's Pyrolytic Waste Treatment technology in that the process gases produced by the Bal-Pac System can be catalytically converted to combustible liquids such as ethanol, ecalene and other gasoline additives that are clean burning, less expensive than fossil fuels and lessens dependence for energy from foreign sources.
